Porter Jr. Mt. Sterling - Richard Henry Porter Jr., 71, died June 19, 2024. Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life is being scheduled for July. The Hendricker Funeral Home in Mt. Sterling is assisting the family with the arrangements.
