Richard Henry Porter Jr., 71, of Mt. Sterling, Ill., formerly of Springfield, Ill., died June 19, 2024, at Rushville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Cremation has been accorded. Celebration of life is being scheduled for July. The Hendricker Funeral Home in Mt. Sterling is handling the arrangements.
